The arts event of the Childrey year took place outside the Hatchet on Boxing Day. The final performance of the Mummers' 2007 season started at the traditional time of one o’clock. The stage was set and a rowdy crowd of locals and not so locals looked on with anticipation. Many people took the opportunity to catch up with old friends that they hadn’t see since the last Mummers play! |
